- If the customer provides us with any incorrect information, we are not responsible for any loss of the shipment or its delivery to the wrong person.
- The shipping company serves all regions and governorates of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Shipping fees are paid with the order, and the order is delivered to the customer's door or the customer can pick up the shipment from the shipping company's offices, according to the customer's choice. - If there are any errors in the recipient's information, especially the phone number, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery. We will direct the customer to pick up the order and provide them with a contact number to coordinate collection.
- Delivery time within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is 3-7 business days, depending on the region. Delivery costs are calculated automatically by the store.
Note: Orders placed on Fridays may be delayed as shipping is not available during the weekend.
